Do Not Smoke to Keep Your Skin Young!
Smoking can speed up the process of skin aging. If you are a smoker, your skin loses the important nutrients to keep it young. It destroys the skin and it decreases the production of collagen. The more you smoke, the more likely you develop fine lines, wrinkles and leathery skin.
If you quit smoking, you can lower your risk of getting varicose veins and reduce the risk of becoming obese. You can also save your lungs from the toxins of tobaccos. Your families can also be saved from secondhand smoke, which is worse than smoking itself. Quitting the habit does not only benefit your lungs but your whole body as well which includes the skin.
