“Light” Butter
Margarine had a period of popularity when people were sure in the bad influence of the real butter on their health. The myth was broken but margarine stayed in stores and, especially, in pastry shops.
This artificial butter was learned by many scientists. They explained that margarine is a substance of chemicals and refined oils. It is the main source of trans fats. This type of fats is the most harmful for human’s body. Everyday consumption of margarine leads to high cholesterol levels in blood, obesity and heart diseases.
