Mango and Strawberry Juice
Don’t let your juicer bum around without a job for too long: because you have invested not only in this machine but in your health. It is great to eat either mango or strawberries by themselves but making a juice of both will bring you (as well as your spouse and children) a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Have you known that the brighter the food is, the more benefit there is to be gained from it? This is a genuine truth: fruits and vegetables with bright colors are full of nourishing excellence. This powerful duet will give you vitamins C, E, and A, folate, and iron.
Peel and dice 1 mango and 1 navel orange; add 10 washed strawberries, 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of lime juice (preferably organic or fresh-squeezed). You can try it with ice cubes, but drink your glass out before the ice melts – for it makes all the difference in flavor.
