Juice with Pumpkin Seeds
Adding nuts to juices is always a good idea, and adding pumpkin seeds to them will lend variety to your menu. Pumpkin seeds not only create slightly different flavor but supply you with the right nutrients that boost your immune system.
With pumpkin seeds you will have a super-powerful drink charged with proteins, amino acids, vitamins B, E and A, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc.
Peel and chop 3 carrots, 1 apple, and a half of carrot. Add to the mixture 1 cup of whole milk and 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds. Place everything into a blender and blend well until completely smooth. Your drink is ready, taste how it feels, and add more milk if you need.
