What is the Role of Inflammation in Weight Loss

Inflammation in Weight Loss: How to Know if you are Inflamed?

Inflammation in Weight Loss happens when the immune system has to combat irritants and stressors that enter the body such as:
Bad bacteria in water and food
Toxins outdoors
Allergens like dust mites, pet dander and pollen
Processed foods and inflammatory foods
Lack of sleep
High blood sugar
People living in the cities are more likely to suffer daily triggers that cause inflammation. The body reacts even when we are not aware of it.
