Taking Good Care of Your Toenails
As you are washing your feet, use a lot of soap, especially in the hidden areas between toes and below the nails. You can also use a clean toothbrush to scrub the fungus away. Furthermore, keep your toenails short and trim them often. When you are done using the tools, wash them carefully to eliminate fungus stuck on them. You are suggested to use rubbing alcohol as disinfectant as well.
As a final piece of advice, check your toenails on a daily basis. Watch out for any changes in texture and color. If your toenails get worse, consult your doctor immediately.
