Goat Cheese and Cantaloupe Salad

Tangy goat cheese is always perfect with juicy cantaloupe. You can also add fresh mint for additional flavor. This healthy salad makes an ideal addition to any meal.
You will need:
1 cantaloupe
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lime
2 tbsp. fresh mint leaves
2 oz. fresh goat cheese
Salt
Cut the flesh of cantaloupe into half an inch chunks and put them in a large plate. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice on top. Sprinkle some salt and add mint leaves and goat cheese. Serve.
