Minty Watermelon Salad
One of the healthiest fruit salads, this recipe will impress your family members and friends. Juicy and fleshy watermelon with mint dressing will give your summer lunch a boost.
You will need:
8 to 10 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 cup crumbled feta
1 cup mint chiffonade
1 cup fresh lime juice
A pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except for the feta. Let it chill in the fridge for a few minutes. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
