In 2012, a 16 year old girl from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand was diagnosed with a terminal cancer. Rihanna Truman has adamantinoma which is very rare type of bone cancer. Out of all bone cancer diagnoses, adamantinoma comprises only less than 1 percent.
The cancer was first found in the girl’s leg and started to up to her lungs. As she was moving on, Turman became pregnant. Because of her pregnancy, she had decided to refrain from getting cancer treatments so she can deliver her baby safe and sound.
